Why has my Linkt account been closed?
If your account is suspended, it means that you're no longer registered to travel on Linkt or any other toll road. If you travel with a tag, it will beep 4 times to notify you of this. It's important to pay your toll invoice before the due date so that you avoid being charged additional fees. via
How do you dispose of an old ETAG?

Can I travel on Citylink without ETAG?
If you travel on a toll road without a tag, a photograph of your licence plate number is taken and then checked against our records. What is the difference between Citylink and EastLink?
Citylink has the app convenience. Eastlink has no charges for CC use where as Citylink has 0.5% Which I think is negligable. Citylink fees for etags are free with a $15 loss fee. Eastlink are not, with a $40 loss fee. via
